Guest Book: 'Suppose a hotel room on the ocean is $250.00 (if you can find one for that amount) it sleeps at the most 4 people; 1 room, 1 bath. With 8 people you would need 2. Now you are at $500/night. With your home we have IN ADDITION an extra bath, huge decks, covered porch with skylight, large living area, large dining area, full kitchen, parking underneath where you are staying, 3 more bedrooms, & a private beach for less money!
