Furnished to the highest standards, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious ground floor condominium with conservation views is over 1,550 square feet – so there’s lots of room to relax in – and just a short walk to the resort club house. At Terrace Ridge club house, you can bask in the Florida sunshine as you sit by the sparkling community pool and spa. The children can enjoy themselves in the games room at the club house, and if you’re feeling energetic, you can burn off some calories in the fitness suite. I have been the proud and sole owner of this much loved vacation home since it was first built in 2005 during which I have enjoyed it's wonderful location and proximity to the major Orlando attractions including Disney on numerous occassions over the recent years with the young family. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Required Deposits include the following:

    Provisional Reservation: To secure a reservation period, a twenty (20) percent provisional reservation deposit is required.

    Security Deposits: Either a $250 refundable security & breakage deposit is required to be paid. Alternatively, a $49.00 fee to purchase a Property Damage Protection policy as serviced by CSA Travel Insurance can be added to the reservation quote / invoice which replaces the need for a separate security & breakage deposit.
  • All of our rates are quoted in US Dollars, and are fully inclusive of all Florida state taxes, tourist tax and all utilities including water, electricity and air conditioning.

    For stays of less than the minimum nights stated, there is a $80.00 one off cleaning charge.

    Payments with credit / debit cards incur a 2.9 - 3.9 percent ( depending upon where the credit card / PayPal payment originates ) PayPal transaction charge.

    Prices and rates are correct at time of publishing and may change at short notice.

Our stay at Terrace Ridge couldn't have been better! My Husband, Daughter, Son-In-Law & two grandchildren (6 & 7) arrived on Nov. 12 & stayed until Nov. 21st/12. The Condo was beautiful, spacious, & immaculate! The grounds, pool area & club house were very well taken care of. We always felt safe & secure as it is a "gated community". The Staff we came in contact with & the Office Staff were very polite and helpful. The Manager was very nice & came by just after our arrival to welcome us. The property is within reasonable distance to Majic Kingdom, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, etc. There is a large Out-Let Shopping Mall about 15 min away. I can't say anything negative about the unit, grounds, or staff. We would definetly recommend Terrace Ridge to anyone, couples, or families.

Excellent place to stay

This condo was convenient to both Disney and Universal. We comfortably fit four adults and two teenagers. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, quiet relaxation

We loved our stay here at Terrace Ridge. Because we had a baby with us, the ground floor was very convenient.

Only criticisms would be for the owner to install ceiling fans in the two smaller bedrooms. It was very hot at night without the air circulating. Also, was expecting a garden tub or tub of some sort in the master bath since there was a walk-in shower. We had eight people and only one tub...which would not have been so bad if we didn't have three children with us.

Pool was nice and grocery store was very close!

Would stay again.

The perfect getaway......

We absolutely loved this place! It looks exactly like the pictures. For a family of 5 with 3 children 10 and under, it was perfect with PLENTY of space. And we had everything we could possibly need. The drive to Disney was very easy and convenient (about 15 minutes to the park entrance) and the condo was 5 minutes to a shopping center with groceries and takeout.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
