Imagine Peak 9 ski area just being a block away with the QuickSilver high speed lift, ski school, rental shop, childcare, etc. Less than 2 blocks is Main Street with charming shops and restaurants. A shuttle bus stop is 100 feet away, for access to Peak 7/8 and connections to Copper and Keystone. The renovated sunny great room with vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. Relax on the leather couches in front of the 40” TV with surround sound and DVD. The kitchen, equipped with SS appliances, granite countertops and eating bar is open to the great room. The large dining room features a large hand crafted farmer’s table. The large master bedroom features a log queen bed, TV/VCR and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedrooms 3 & 4 each sleep 3 with a full size under a twin bed. The fold out sofa in the great room makes out into a 3rd queen size bed. Open Sunny Living Area: This summer we underwent a major renovation of the great room, kitchen and dining room. The large sunny great room features mountain décor, vaulted ceilings, custom alder woodwork, skylights, and a wood-burning fireplace with natural stone and a beetle kill log mantle. Relax on the leather couches in front of the 40” LCD TV with surround sound and DVD player. The kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, knotty hickory cabinets, and granite countertops and eating bar, is open to the great room. The large dining room features a hand crafted, oak farmer’s table, marble top buffet and antler chandelier. The SE wall of the great room is all glass and opens to the deck with patio set, sitting benches and gas grill to enjoy the Colorado outdoors, where it is not uncommon to spot our resident fox family.

Summer time in Breck: The views are striking out all windows. Go hiking out your back door or on several 14K peaks nearby. Biking along the Blue River or on mountain. Golf at Breck's newest course, gold medal Fishing, the best Shopping and fabulous Restaurants. Sledding and Ice Skating across at Breck's new indoor and outdoor skating arenas.

Ski: Imagine Peak 9 ski area just a block away with the Quick Silver high-speed lift, ski schools, rental shop and childcare. The ski slopes on Peak 9 have snow making and are always the first to open for the season. Having access to beginner, intermediate and advanced ski runs, makes it perfect for all levels.

Highlights of our trip... skiing all week, HIT IT HARD!! Skied the roof, backbowls, shreaded up some gnar and bonked some jibs. We had a V.I.P guest at our back door one evening, a fox. Enjoyed the fireplace, used a lot of your firewood... thanks. Watch for our highlights on ESPN. Planning another winter, fun-filled family vaction at Breckenridge next year. Go Steelers!!

Thanks again for your great hospitality. We loved the family fun, delicious food, cute town, white Christmas, sking, ice skating, snow shoeing, fireworks, and New Year Coconut tradition. We won't forget "Mill Run", it's wonderful accomations, and best of all, good company. We look forward to our next stay in Colorado at the "Mill Run" condo!
