Breathtaking views greet you as you enter this newly furnished apartment right on the ocean. Stunning beach views are visible from all the rooms in this open layout apartment that offers a touch of the Art Deco period. Relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the balcony as the breeze refreshes you. Below you will find sandy beaches, a barbecue area for the enjoyment of the entire family.

If you prefer to go in the pool for a refreshing splash, the private olympic size pool awaits you on the pool level of the building. For the exercise conscious there is a great gym offering all the equipment necessary to keep you in shape while on vacation. Also, a nature walk/bike ride through the mangrove area provides an interesting change of pace and is just a few feet away from the clear blue waters of Miami Beach.

The comfortable King size bed and the new and comfortable sofabed will certainly lull you to sleep after a full day at the beach or at any of the exciting entertainment locations. All the amenities have been included to make this your home away from home...Paradise Style!

Why The Owner chose Miami Beach

We originally purchased this apartment for our persoanl use and furnished it with many refinished and special pieces from Miami Beach's Art Deco history. We feel that you will truly enjoy your stay in our home away from home--our kids love the beach and "exploring" through the nature that this incredible area offers. It provides for us a quiet getaway for the family and if we have a sitter, we are just minutes away from either South Beach or North Beach and all the restaurants, shopping and adult nightlife. We hope that you will feel the love and peace we have created on the beach. The view is magnificent!

Our 1 week stay on Miami beach

My wife and I spent one week at this condo and it met all of our needs and expectations. While some interesting upgraded construction\improvements were underway at this complex this did not interfer with our experience. The view and access to the beach were superb and the exercise room surpassed most other vacation complexes that we have visited. We enjoyed the more sedate midway location of Miami beach which gave us access to both the north and south beaches without the hyperstimulation.Finally the one time we needed to reach Stephanie she was instantly available to assist us.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Stayed at the appartment for just over a week and it was an ideal base. We were suprised at the size, much larger than we expected! The rooms were all lovely and the view of the beach and ocean was spectacular.
The owner, Stephanie, was a pleasure to deal with. Even taking time to help us out at an terribly early time in the morning and put any worries at rest throughout the whole of the procedure and stay.

We would happily stay here again in the future.

This condo is very well equipped a, spacious, clean and in a great location. The beach is literally out the back door and the pool is appropriately heated. There is valet parking and frequent, convenient buses directly in front of the building. The owner is a delight to deal with, professional and prompt. I would recommend this to any of my friends and family without hesitation, as long as they let me join them!

We are from NC and went to Miami Beach for our honeymoon. The apartment is exactly what you see on the website, clean and tastefully decorated. This part of Miami Beach is close to everything, but generally away from the crowds. The Pavillion was really nice, offered security, and valet parking. The apartment overlooks the ocean from all rooms except the kitchen. The owner was easy to deal with, and the traffic layout of the streets made it the easy to drive around for a beach town. We hope to celebrate our anniversary here in the future.
