With two bedrooms, a cozy loft, one full bath and covered waterfront patio, Skagit Bay’s Sunset Beach House makes for a comfortable back-to-nature lifestyle. The home is located just minutes from the quaint waterfront village of La Conner as well as Anacortes, gateway to the San Juan Islands. The home sits on an elevated location with stunning views of Skagit Bay, Whidbey Island, and the Olympic Mountains. In keeping with its natural surroundings, the home is distinctively furnished in a style that gives it a comfortable, rustic quality. The bedrooms feature a king size bed and one queen over queen log bunk bed. There is an additional queen mattress in the loft. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living area with wonderful views, great for entertaining. Two fireplaces are available, one gas fireplace inside, and one wood-burning brick fireplace outdoors under the covered patio. The beach is also accessible via a set of stone steps.

    Cancellations accepted outside 30 days of arrival date. All canceled reservations are subject to a $75 cancellation charge. For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not re-rented for the reserved period (security deposit does not apply). No refunds will be made for early departure or if number in party decreases.

Beautiful setting for gathering and relaxing

My husband and I stayed at the Sunset Beach house with a few members of our wedding party for our wedding weekend, and it was just perfect. Just enough space for the 6 of us to sleep comfortably (although our tallest guest did bump his head a few times on the loft ceiling), a clean, well-stocked kitchen, and great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces where we and several more of our guests spent the afternoon socializing and relaxing the day after the wedding. The waterfront was spectacular (especially the bouncy log!), and there was so much wildlife around. On top of all this, Erinn has been such a pleasure to deal with - very gracious and easy going. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Erinn!

Peace and Quiet

Our recent family getaway at the Sunset Beach House was so relaxing. Waking up to the view of Dead Man's Island was such a great way to start our day. My kids loved making their way down the path to take walks a long the bay. The house was very clean and we felt right at home the first night. Everything from the sunsets, to the water, to the neighborhood dogs were such a treasure. We loved going in town to the Berry Barn for fresh berries and Callico cupboard for fresh cinnamon rolls.

The location of this special house is truly ideal. La Conner and Anacortes were so wonderful. Erinn is a great resource and we would love to make our way back in the next couple of years. I would most definitely love to stay here again.

A little piece of heaven

If you are looking for a little piece of heaven, this is the place. This little jewel is the perfect getaway spot! There is something magical about this little cabin (which I would suggest is pefect for two but has beds for more). The updating on this property is amazing...new kitchen applicance and wonderful bedding. The views are great. Sit on the outside porch and enjoy the outside fireplace with a glass of wine....you will know what heaven is all about. Don't pass this little wonder up. It is super!!!

A Perfect Family Get-Away

My family and I were very pleased with our recent stay at the Sunset Beach House. The scenery was truly amazing, and waking up to the view of the bay was breathtaking, day after day. The home had every kitchen appliance and gadget you could dream of. It was just like having all the comforts of home. The LaConner area and the local shops and restaurants were such a pleasant surprise - - perfect for a family get-away, or a great location for a girls' weekend. Our children loved searching for sea shells on the beach, roasting marshmallows in the outdoor fireplace, and watching movies from the great collection at the house. This vacation exceeded all of our expectations and our memories from Skagit Bay and this beach house will last a lifetime.
