Cabo’s long sandy main beach, El Medano, is the place for swimming and water sports, with lots of fun restaurants in the sand. There are plenty of activities to choose from which include parasailing, fishing, sailing, snorkeling, horseback riding, wave runners, ATV tours, zip line tours and sunset cruises.
Golf:
Cabo is also a dream for golfers! There are three Nicklaus designed golf courses in Los Cabos—twenty-seven holes at Palmilla, eighteen holes at the Eldorado Golf Club at Cabo Real, and eighteen holes at Cabo del Sol. There are also the Robert Trent Jones II designed Cabo Real Golf Club, Dye Corporation designed Cabo San Lucas Country Club and the Tom Weiskopf designed eighteen-hole Desert Course at Cabo del Sol along the Tourist Corridor between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Los Cabos has been the site of the PGA Senior Slam Tournament since 1995, attracting golf greats such as Raymond Floyd, Dave Stockman and Hale Irwin.
