Attractive conch style Shipyard condo on Southard St within the prestigious Truman Annex in Old Town. Three blocks to Duval St restaurants and entertainment. A short walk to Zachery Taylor beach. This is a ground level end unit condo. In back is a shady patio with a table and 4 chairs. The community pool and off street assigned parking are nearby. The property is professionally decorated in a tropical theme complete with central AC, kitchenware, linens, TV, radio, etc, and will be managed by a local nearby professional firm.
