4000 Sq foot post and beam house overlooking the Green Mountain Range from the Appalachian Gap to the Breadloaf Wilderness including Mad River Glen and Sugarbush Ski slopes. Seven miles from Sugarbush, view the groomers prepare the slopes without listening to the snow guns or cats. Enjoy the quiet private solitude and go snow shoeing on the unlimited local terrain of the East Mountain Ridge. Seven miles from shopping in Waitsfield. The house has a large open space with plenty of room for family gatherings. Lots of wood and lofts give it a homey atmosphere. Wood heat (wood provided) with gas back up. Over-sized, heated, attached 2 car garage.
