Beautiful house with private heated pool in screened patio in large corner lot house with great location near Abacoa Town Center, Scripps, Roger Dean Stadium, Max Planck, Florida Atlantic University (FAU) & beaches. Large kitchen/family room area with entertainment center including large screen TV, DVD player ,stereo, VCR. Master suite includes queen sized bed with Egyptian Cotton 600 thread count sheets, his & hers closets, roman tub, large glass enclosed shower and double sink with granite counter. Guest bedrooms include full sized bed, futon & large desk. Guest bathroom includes shower/tub with granite counter. Includes garage for 2 small cars or 1 medium-large vehicle. Rental includes Comcast cable and WiFi with DSL access. Rental is available during 2009-2010 season for the months of Oct.-June with a 1 MONTH MINIMUM rental period. As of 8/1/09 rental is available in Oct., Nov. & Dec. 2009 and Jan.'10, April,'10, May'10, June'10.
