  • If anything, these rates are undervalued in contrast to the quality and location of this property. When you consider the close proximity to Sundance, the mountain creek right outside the door, the hot tub ( one of the few private rentals offering a spa) and the overall quality of the property, decor, furnishings, etc. This is the best value on the mountain.

    We have another cabin rental nearby (HomeAway 248661) in case you have a larger group.
  • These rates are less than1/2 the cost of a mountain home through the Sundance Resort. And for a couple using just one bedroom, they are even less than the one bedroom studios at the resort. This is a beautiful place and a great value - and impeccable service at no additional charge. We also have sleds, snowshoes, cross country skis, etc. available at no additional charge.

    Here's the deal - if you try it, and LOVE it, you'll be back. So for now, we're offering lower rates to build return clientel - and long lasting relationships. It's that simple.

One of the Nicest Weekends Ever!!

My family spent a delightful weekend at Sundance in this cozy cabin. It was one of the nicest times we have ever spent together as a family. The cabin accommodations were perfect for us. My grandchildren LOVED the loft, spiral staircase, sledding, and the hot tub. While soaking in the hot tub, we had great conversations about the squirrels and birds. Vicki and Brad were there to greet us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. We do want to return to this relaxing place.

Weekend Retreat!

I live in Salt Lake and was looking for a retreat with my daughter that wouldn't require us to fly. And what a retreat it was! It was so nice to retreat to the mountains in such a beautiful cabin! It was so quiet in the mornings we both slept in until 10! With the fireplace and the river running next to the outdoor hot tub it was amazing. With the ski resort just minutes away we were able to enjoy a day of skiing too. The cabin also came with two pair of snow shoes. That was the first time I had ever been snow shoeing and it was incredible! Thank you Brad and Vicki for being such wonderful hosts, you made us feel so welcome!

Awesome property

This is a total awesome property. We loved our stay and the kids had a wonderful time. We were able to hike up to see Stewart falls during the day and relax in front of the warm fire at night. We've never had so much fun!
