This stylish cottage beach house has all new appliances. The great room walks out onto a split level deck. Have dinner on the upper porch with a view of the ocean and lagoon. This house is just one block to the beach. Santa Maria’s is one of the most beautiful beaches in Santa Cruz with surfing, boogie boarding, skim boarding and great for long walks. Explore the tide pools to find sea anemones, sea urchins and watch the otters play. This location is close to the Boardwalk, Pleasure Point, and 41st Ave where you will find a variety of surf shops and restaurants.

Minutes from Capitola Beach and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor were you will find beach volleyball, kayaks rentals, and great restaurants. Amenities include a full gourmet kitchen, fireplace, plasma TV with VCR/ DVD player, gas BBQ, washer and dryer, linens and towels, except for beach towels. A security deposit and cleaning charge are required.

Guest Book: 04/22/08 Positive We spent a week at the beach house in April 2008 and loved every minute. Coming from upstate NY where we didn't yet have spring we loved seeing the sunshine and all the beautiful flowers. The house was very well equipped with all the necessities for a carefree vacation. I was pleased with the quality of the kitchen appliances and utensils, I must say usually at a rental house you get the 'camping' left overs - but not here, I felt like we were a treasured guest. The extras for us were the private decks (with great views), WiFi internet access and the gas BBQ grill. Not being right on the beach was great...it was not as winding or too cool and the short walk was great exercise. We spent some time in San Francisco, which isn't that far, and then drove Highway 1 north ... the scenic views were amazing. I took hundreds of pictures.
