This beautiful and spacious home is situated In Gulf Cove, a boating community off the Myakka River of Port Charlotte. Home is very bright and cheery with screened and fanned lanai area. Large living area and sunken family room. Large updated kitchen. Gulf Cove is located between downtown Port Charlotte with its shopping malls and numerous restaurants and the beachside community of Englewood with its boardwalk and lovely beachside café restaurants. Both areas are only 10 minutes away. There are also several golf courses nearby as well as boat rentals where you can explore the many waterways, the beautiful Charlotte Harbour and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy great fishing charters, rent a Kayak or Jet Skis. Great fun for all ages.
