Welcome in the Heart of Paris! Our lovely apartment is ideally located in most exclusive and historic part of the Ile Saint Louis in the 4th arrondissement, at the very heart of Central Paris on the second floor (US floor) in the Rue Bude. It is the prettiest part of the town and one of the most romantic and authentic. Staying here is an incredible experience to feel like a real Parisian. Our flat is a wonderful studio of 25 square meters (280 sq. ft.). The ceiling has old renovated beams, and the floor is an old charming tiled floor 'tommettes' that gives to the place a charming and very cozy atmosphere with all the modern comfort. The apartment has been fully renovated and decorated by an architect. It is 300 meters from Notre Dame Cathedral in a quiet little street and 50 meters from the river La Seine. We provide a concierge service to improve the quality of your stay. The place is really calm. We provide brand new equipment and amenities.

There are 4 convenient Metro stations: Pont Marie, Cité, Place Maubert Mutalité, Saint Paul and various bus lines. RER Train station is at 400 meters and gives a direct access to the Charles de Gaulle Airport (all international flights for America) and Orly Airport. No car is necessary and almost everything is between 5 and 20 mn walking distance: the finest restaurants and cafés of Saint Germain des prés quarter (including famous “institutions” such as the Café de Flore, Les Deux Magots, Brasserie Lipp…), the historic Marais district, the romantic walks along La seine river, Notre Dame cathedral, the Latin Quarter, Centre Georges Pompidou, Musee D’Orsay, Musee du Louvre are only a few of the attractions within walking distance, less than 2 to 15 minutes.

Right in the heart of Paris: Many shops and stores are close to the apartment: bakery, butchery, wines shop, supermarket, post office, pharmacy, restaurant, cafes. The Ile St Louis offers a magical ambiance and an outstanding position to discover Paris: right in the middle of everything and so close to anything, you will feel the city and your trip like nowhere else. The main street of Ile Saint Louis is very beautiful, with a myriad of interesting shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Take the Metro and you will be in Galeries Lafayette or Le bon Marché department stores in 15 minutes. The Champs Elysée is 15 minutes away, Eiffel Tower 20 minutes away, the Concorde Place about 10 minutes away, Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur 25 minutes away. You can also go very easily by train to the Historic Versailles Castle in about 45 minutes.

Our first trip to Paris was memorable. The apartment is ideally located.We were able to walk,bus & take the subway train to all locations. There are so many good restaurants in the area that we did not have to go off the Island for
enjoyable evenings. Two well stocked gracery stores just a few minutes walk away supplied us with everything we needed for breakfast. Would love another visit sometime and would not hesitate to book the same apartment.
Will certainly be recommending this property to our friends.

This is a great little apartment in the center of Paris, so convenient, so very quiet. The pull out couch's comfort surprised me - large and we rested there well. Having a kitchen saved us a little dining-out money and the washer/dryer allowed us to pack very small luggage (no checking, fits under the seat in front of us!). Having free internet access allowed to share photos and videos on the spot with our friends back home. This is our first vacation apartment stay anywhere and will definitely change the way we travel internationally.

We had a wonderful visit to Paris, largely because of this excellent apartment. It is ideally situated in the middle of Ile St. Louis, just a 5 minute walk to the Metro or Notre Dame. The apartment is well furnished with a surprisingly large amount of storage and everything for cooking. The bathroom is huge, with lots of hot water, and the pullout bed is spacious and very comfortable. Free internet access through the provided laptop was icing on the cake. We look forward to our next visit to Paris and will be sure to rent this apartment again.

We had a fabulous stay in Paris and will certainly return again. We absolutely loved the apartment and Nicolas Billard was fantastic. The apartment has a great bathroom with a nice American style shower. The bed was easy to use and comfortable. The internet was also great. Around the corner, there is a little store where you can get basic supplies which is great. The apartment has a great location near the Pont Marie Metro Station which makes Paris easy to get around. During our stay, a movie was being filmed (It was fun to watch) in the building but Nicolas went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. I recommend this as a place to stay to anyone visiting Paris. I feel we are lucky to have found this place.

Great location. Wonderful shower & bed. Very nice kitchen. The apartment is small but who spends anytime inside when all Paris is just outside your door. Having a washer-dryer makes it especially nice for a longer stay or as part of an extended trip.
