This is a great location within walking distance of Kissimmee Old Town and restaurants. Close to the I4 for driving to all parks ( car is needed if going further than old town). Keith the owner replied quickly by email and was very helpful as we had never stayed near Kissimmee before. The only downside to it was the management company out there they charged us $113(for 10 days) as a resort fee, this was for use of the pool. (As nothing else is there) Keith had said it was his understanding it was a pay as you use $10 plus tax per day, which we told them. But they said we had to pay it all.(we never used it once). The management company changed while we were out there and new one seemed to be fine.
If we come back to Kissimmee area I would not hesitate in contacting Keith to stop in one of his properties again.
