Attractive tropical conch style 2 story Presidents Walk townhouse on Southard St within the prestigious Truman Annex in Old Town. Three blocks to Duval St restaurants and entertainment. A short walk to Zachery Taylor beach. Downstairs is a large room with living, dining and kitchen areas, plus a half bath. In back is a shady patio with a table, chairs and a grill perfect for morning coffee, meals or just relaxing. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with balconies and en suite bathrooms, plus a laundry area off the hall. A one vehicle carport is nearby as well as the community pool. The property is decorated in a tropical theme complete with central AC, kitchenware, linens, TV, radio, etc, and will be managed by a local nearby professional firm.

This rental was wonderful! This is our third summer in key west and this was our best rental yet! The townhouse had all the amenities of home and was very cozy, well decorated, clean and well maintained. Loved Truman Annex, we were able to walk into town everynight and use our bikes everyday to ride around the island followed by a splash in the pool which was just steps away. The reality company that manages this was wonderful and easy to deal with. Thanks for a great summer vacation, my kids are planning next years return to Truman Annex.
