You can't beat the location or price of this spacious (1185 sq. ft.), bright, updated, nicely decorated and well equipped penthouse condominium. Located 175 yards (meters) from the Quicksilver Super 6 Chairlift at the Breckenridge Peak 9 Base Area. The Main Street of Breckenridge is a 1 block walk. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium sleeps 8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a log headboard king bed, dressers and ample closet space, with a TV, DVD/VHS player. The remodeled master bathroom includes a large walk-in shower. The stackable washer/dryer is also in the master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double/full beds with dressers and ample closet space, with a TV and DVD/VHS player. A remodeled bathroom is located across the hall. The living room has a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a day bed, beautiful stone gas fireplace, 37' LCD HD Cable TV, DVD, VHS, Stereo and views of the mountain.

Hand rubbed pine 6 panel doors and wood trim through out unit. New comforters on all unit beds.

"We had a great time at the Haefner's condo in Breck. The condo was well stocked and close enough to the Silverchair lift to walk to it in 3 minutes. Great location for a child in ski school at Maggie Pond. See you next year!"

Our family had a great stay at the Haefner's condo. Plenty of room for our family to relax together in the evenings after skiing. Close enough to come home for lunch and a quick walk to Main street in the evenings. We would highly recommend this unit to others thinking of staying in the Breckenridge area.
