Central to Naples beaches and Ave Maria

This home was clean, warm, and inviting, central to Naples, Vanderbilt Beach (beautiful!) and Ave Maria, which was perfect for us as we traveled for a wedding at Ave Maria. We definitely wanted to spend time at the beaches but needed to be close to Ave for the festivities. We traveled with 6 people so the couches were needed - can't put two young men in a bed! The master suite was a pleasure to stay in. This home is in great shape, has a nice layout with the kitchen and family area. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet.
We were able to barbeque one night and really enjoyed the patio, especially for breakfasts. Be sure to make your grocery list before arriving, Publix and Walgreens are very close. The dishes were adequate for cooking and serving meals and for storing leftovers.
We enjoyed a movie at Mercato Shopping Plaza and dinner, as well. It’s a beautiful area. For trinket and souvenir shopping, head south to Tin City and the surrounding boardwalk area with plenty of restaurants, too. The first boardwalk to the west with the ice cream shop was great. We couldn’t really find any areas to shop for those things further north.
The owner communicated well, was quickly responsive, and was willing to help us with our travel needs to make our stay possible. The property manager, Ernesto, was very helpful and accommodated our late schedule with kindness and patience. Thank you!
We would definitely stay at this property again if we traveled back to Naples and would highly recommend it to friends and family.
