Quiet, clean, relaxing. 2 Master Suites Feel the sand between your toes.Take a dip in the pool, bike or walk to the restaurants. Enjoy the views of the Bay and citylights from the pool and patio and then head back into your quiet retreat just two units back into the complex.The condo is in a gated condominium complex. It is beautifully remodeled in modern beach decor and is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, sleeps 5. It features a beautiful upgraded kitchen 2 full bathrooms . There is a large patio and outdoor dining area by the pool that is perfect for taking in the spectacular sunset, panoramic views, fireworks from SeaWorld, watching boaters and bird life, while drenching yourself in the sun. Fanuel Park is located right next door .Rent Kayaks, Hobiecats and bikes and have that time away that you have been wanting. Great place to stay if you want a month away or if you are thinking of relocating to the area and need a flexible lease.

The condo is on the 2nd floor in a beautiful gated complex and is fully furnished, featuring wi-fi high speed Internet , TV's in 3 rooms, Full kitchen ,beach towels and toys and has with two assigned parking spaces in a a secure underground garage. There is a queen size bed in one master suite and in the other master suite there is a queen size bed and a twin size bed . 2 remodeled full bathrooms.It is located right on Mission Baywalk.. Our condo is a private condo that we make available for rentals to responsible guests. This is not a party condo. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by an adult. There are quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

This is a great place for a getaway when the heat is too hot or the temperatures get too chilly in the winter. Or if you are just looking to spend some time away at the beach for a few weeks or more. We also offer special pricing for relocation services if you are moving to the area and would like some time to figure out where you would like to settle down.
