Large ground floor condo overlooking a beautiful, newly landscaped courtyard. Relax and enjoy our condo decorated with comfortable furniture and tropical island colors. Newly updated guest bedroom is brightly accented with new furnishings. We have 3 TV's (2 equipped with DVD players) for times spent indoors and board games for those friendly Sanibel Island championships. Make yourself at home in paradise! Our condo is only a few steps from the reserved off street parking. Only a few more steps down the newly installed sidewalks to the beach or the pool. The Sanibel Island beach is ranked as one of the top beaches for shelling in the USA. It is also perfect for sunbathing, strolling, or just relaxing. We supply some beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for your comfort - so plan to relax in the sun and warmth. You will not be disappointed. When you are tired of the beach, move to one of the largest heated pools on the island or relax on the screened lanai with a cold drink

Long Weekend on Sanibel

The condo was wonderful! Everything was so clean, comfy & we all felt right at home. Having the extras, beach towels & beach chairs for us to use was nice. I was the lone adult with 5 teenagers in tow, so the wireless internet was a plus. Their only complaint was there was no cell phone signal inside! Teenagers have to be connected at all times, ugh! None of us wanted to leave and wished we could have stayed the whole week. With it being off season they were flexibility with our stay, which was we needed. We will stay here again and next time it will be for the entire week!
