House - 4 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - Sleeps 11

Beautiful Home with a private heated swimming pool! This lovely home is just 1/2 block walk to a Disney resort shuttle stop & approx. 3-4 block walk to the main entrance. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful swimming pool, a large grassy area in the back yard & a great view of the Disney fireworks. We have converted the garage into a fun filled game room with ping pong and air hockey. We also put a TV with a gaming system w/ games. We provide toys and games in the closets too for the kids to have fun when you are not at the theme parks. There are DVD's too!

Everything in the house is fresh & new; from the mattresses to the linens. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the comforts of home. The house has been beautifully decorated, you will love it. Our goal is to make it a place our guests want to return to. Why stay in a cramped hotel room, when you can be more comfortable in a beautiful home.

About Owner

I have lived in Southern California for my whole life. As a kid my favorite things to do were going to Disneyland and hanging out at the beach. You can do all those things while staying in ur house. Anaheim is centrally located, so it is easy to get anywhere you want to go in Southern California.

Owner purchased this house in 2008
Why Owner chose Anaheim

The lush tropical backyard is a huge hit with our guests. There is also a wonderful view of the Disney fireworks show, a definate crowd pleaser.

A relaxing getaway

This house is absolutely beautiful and our entire family had such a good time there we only went to Disneyland 1 day and spent the rest of our time hanging out at the house, The kids had a great time just playing with all the toys and then in the pool.
Can't wait to go back next year.

Amazing Spring Break

Had a great spring break thanks to staying in this home. Early mornings to Disney, back to the house for afternoon naps and swims, followed by return night time trips to Disney were fantastic.

Very clean house, and great pool. Apparently there were TVs there, but we never turned them on because we were having too much fun in California.

Being Canadian, the only disappointment was no air hockey table, but that was soon forgotten when we went swimming.

Excellent Property

This is one of the best rental properties my family and I have ever stayed in. The pictures on the ad do not do it justice. The property is larger than it appears and it is immaculately clean. The pool was great even during the cold weather as it was heated to a toasty 84 degrees. They even have toys for the kids to play with while there. I highly recommend this property for families with young children.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Many times advertising photos of properties can be deceiving. This is not the case with King's. What you see is exactly what you get. Very comfortable and immaculate, both indoor and backyard. If we ever visit LA again (hopefully), this property will be our first preference.

Wonderful Week

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this great home. It was spacious and very clean. We had a large group of 10 and found it to be very comfortable with all the amenities at the house that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even laundry soap and dryer sheets and toys for my kids to play with! The pool was so enjoyable even though the evenings were chilly. So close to Disneyland.We took a taxi to Disneyland and it was only $5. Cheaper than Disney parking.We were provided with all the information we needed about the house and amenities in the area for us. She was great to deal with and we would rent from them again in the future. We highly recommend this excellent home.
