1st Floor –
The inviting, tiled foyer leads to the 1st floor Guest Bedroom that can sleep and seat up to 5. This room connects to the spacious, ground floor patio, and offers lake views through the large, sliding glass doors. A large flat screen TV with DVD player and ample floor space make this a great space for relaxing together.
The washer and dryer are also located on this floor, as well as access to the garage. The extra-long garage accommodates two vehicles, and a Radio Flyer wagon, along with other beach accessories, has all been stored in the garage for your convenience and use.
2nd Floor –
The open living space of the main level of this home is a perfect place for everyone to enjoy the Destin lifestyle. Four sets of sliding glass doors open to the expansive lakeside balcony. The living room is very comfortably arranged, and features a flat screen TV with DVD player. The formal dining area comfortably seats 8.
You’ll enjoy creating meals and memories in the fantastic full kitchen, which features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, and deep double sinks. This kitchen is well-stocked with the dishes and utensils you’ll need to feel at home, and even includes kid plates and a booster seat! A marble top breakfast table seats four, and a balcony off the kitchen overlooks Sand Dune Court. A Guest Bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and Flat screen TV with DVD player, and a centrally accessible full bathroom complete the 2nd floor.
3rd Floor –
The Master suite with King-sized bed is outfitted in rich shades of gold and dark brown. A Twin-sized daybed provides extra lounge or sleep space, and sliding glass doors open to a lakeside balcony. The Master bathroom has a double vanity, separate shower, whirlpool tub, private toilet room, and its own balcony overlooking Sand Dune Court.
Two Guest Bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on this floor. The Queen Bedroom faces the lake and adjoins to the balcony. The other Guest Bedroom is bright and cheery, and features a twin-over-full bunk bed.
