If you want to check out Austin, we are only about 30-35 minutes from downtown Austin and the legendary 6th Street.
The cottage is warm, cozy and private and comfortable and has all the amenities that you would need., including 3 Cable TV's and WiFi. You'll feel like you're 'away from it all', and yet you are so close to the many attractions of Austin. The cottage is located only 15 minutes away from Prime shopping like the brand new Hill Country Galleria Mall, and is close to many restaurants like the Oasis, Iguana Grill, Rocco's, and many others. It is also close to Lakeway for those guests who want to play golf. This is the perfect getaway for a weekend or longer. Come relax and feel the stress melt away!
NOTICE: Due to the drought and the fact that the lake level is lower than usual,our dock is not available for your boat, at this time. There are several marinas located close by where you can launch a boat.
We have just installed a new central AC/heating system to add to the comfort of our guests. and are in the process of refinishing the pool

We are conveniently located close to several golf courses----including Lakeway and Falconheard. There are also several marinas where you can rent boats and other watercraft.
Other Activities:
Plenty of shopping opportunities, good restaurants and day trips and water activities.
