This special neighborhood just across the river from Piazza del Popolo (5 min walk) has many attractions. This street is one block from one of the best shopping streets in Rome, Via Cola di Rienzo that also has cafes and restaurants along its length. The neighborhood was developed in the late 1800s and early 1900s with wide, tree-lined streets reminiscent of the boulevards of Paris. Romans and visitors appreciate the proximity to the popular historical center while being able to escape the crowds in the narrow streets. It is five minute walk to the Lepanto subway station.
Concierge, driver and tour services. Apartment staff are available for additional housekeeping and laundry services.
The apartment is on the 3rd Floor North American designation, 2nd Floor European designation; the elevator starts one floor approximately 20 steps up from the entry level.
The grand entrance shows many of the fine elements found throughout the apartment, beautiful floors, large windows, good light, fine art, elegant furniture and space.
To the right of the entrance are the public rooms, the large living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has two areas, a parlor-like entry with chairs, table and tall bureau with a hidden television and the second area has facing sofas and antique side-pieces. Two large windows overlook the neighboring garden. Looking up at the high ceilings, you find artistic plasterwork with many pretty discoveries.
The dining room, also bright from a large window, also has a beautiful, hand-blown Murano glass chandelier and lovely golden Chinese panel. The table seats eight.
Across from the dining room is a large, brand new, high quality kitchen. It has a complete set of appliances and cooking equipment. It also contains a washer and a dryer.
On the other side of the entrance is an L-shaped hallway that passes the study with sofa bed for 1 on the right, then also on the right a small hallway that leads to a single bedroom and bath. The next room on the main hallway is the largest bathroom. Turn right in front of the master bedroom door, the floor turns to warm wood and passes three bedrooms on the left and the third bathroom on the right.
The study has a sofa bed for 1 person, a desk and entertainment center.
Bedroom mattresses are hypoallergenic and linens are of the highest quality. Paint is also hypoallergenic. Bathrooms offer toiletry items.
The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the street, screened by a large tree, so you can't really see the hotel across the street. But to the right you can see some fine Art Nouveau homes. The king sized bed is a rarity in Italy. In the two additional bedrooms the two single beds can be combined to form a large bed that is wider than a queen.
The largest bathroom is across the hall from the master bedroom, it has modern fixtures and a shower over tub. The second bathroom is across the hall from the second and third bedrooms. It has a large step-in shower. Heated towel racks and hairdryers in all bathrooms.
The fourth bedroom is at the end of a small hallway with a bathroom with shower at the end. It has a single bed and armoire. Pleasant view from the window.

Wow! What a memorable trip to Rome and greatly due to the wonderful Italy perfect and our apartment, Elegante! We were greeted by the host and crew and they were always available for any questions, concerns, and information. The apartment was no less than stunning! Spacious, beautiful, and the most perfect location! Beds were most comfortable, kitchen fantastic, and all was first class. We had almost three weeks there and it made us feel as if we were in "our" home with lots of room to not bump into each other all the time! We loved, loved, loved the neighborhood! Not touristy and yet only a few minutes walk over the bridge to the Piazza Popolo. Having the hotel across the street was a great convenience as we could get taxis immediately, shopping around the corner, and great places to eat nearby. Apartment Elegante was a huge highlight of our trip and Italy Perfect you are the best! Wish I were there now!
We visited Rome at the end of December and it was a great experience. The Elegante apartment was a very good choice for our team (two families-4 adults/ 4 children). More than spacious (the kids really loved it) and comfortable, gave us the opportunity to share time together but also enjoy our privacy. Very good location (everything in walking distance) and excellent service. Thank you!
The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. There was was someone waiting there to meet us and they were very easy to get in touch with so they we could discuss our arrival time. We needed to have one of the beds reconfigured so that it would be 2 twin beds and someone came over the first evening we were there and remade the beds.
Everything was great with our stay and we always tell people that the apartment we stayed at in Rome was "huge, had the most beautiful floors and chandeliers". Also, it was so hot when we we there (and this coming from Texans!!!) so we were thankful for the Air Conditioning!
Our party of 8 loved the apartment. The location was perfect for all of the sights we wanted to see – we were basically able to walk everywhere – there was a grocery store nearby and lots of fabulous restaurants. The apartment was very clean – very well-maintained and beautifully decorated. We loved that it was stocked with great movies that were relative to the attractions of Rome. It offered privacy for our two families yet lots of room to congregate together. The apartment manager was so helpful and even greeted us at the apartment a few hours earlier than our scheduled arrival and had someone with him to unload all of our luggage. He also arranged for our transport to the airport when we left. All-in-all we found it to be perfect for the last leg of our vacation. We would highly recommend the apartment to friends.
We had a wonderful experience with no issues when we stayed in the apartment in Rome. It was a lovely, clean apartment. We only needed to see the management company twice - once when we got there and again when we left. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Rome.
Very happy with the overall accommodations. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the location. Quiet neighborhood, close to market, busy working streets nearby. Easy walk to some good sites. Really enjoyed the Borghese Museum and Garden, very cool and not so crowded. Book a guided tour of the coliseum, well worth the money not wait in long lines. Nice to have all your questions answered by an expert.
This is a wonderfully spacious apartment that is walkable to the Spanish Steps and many other sites and even the Vatican (about a mile or so). The apartment is elegant, spacious, and comfortable. We fit 7 people very comfortably with different sleep schedules. The Wifi works well. The beds are comfortable. You can have breakfast at the hotel across the street if you don't feel like cooking. The street is less busy than other streets which reduces noise relative to other potential locations. I would stay here again if I visited Rome again.
