ANCIENT ROMAN NEIGHBORHOOD - MODERN COMFORT

The apartment is on the second floor (American designation) and there is no elevator, so you will need to climb one flight of stairs. You enter the apartment into the living room which is spacious and features the original wood beams in the high ceiling. The room is internal so glass bricks above the doors of the external rooms bring in natural light. Many lamps ensure adequate lighting. There are several very nice piece of antique furniture from France. In a niche on the wall is a Roman statue of Cicero.

In the living room is a television with DVD player (European standard). No satellite reception, so Italian shows only. There is also a CD player. The dining table is set against a partial wall that separates the small, well equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen are handy cupboards. The master bedroom is very large and has a queen sized bed and a cozy, well-lit reading area. A large antique armoire has plenty of room for clothing. The second bedroom with a single bed doubles as a study. There is an armoire for your clothing. Across the living room from the bedrooms is the bathroom that has a shower over tub. An alcove has a window that overlooks the inner courtyard. In the alcove is the washing machine.
