Curiously enough summer renters have use this properties fireplace to warm up more than the house. (on hand have several months of dry wood - ) just in case - house is heated with Hot Water from oil furnace, But more than likelyyou will be using the 2 1/2 ton whole house air conditioning which can bring the temparture down into the 60's
Beach access pass is fully paid up - and is not limited to one car full of people - as you can let in your entire party.
Fhis area is called: Clearwater Beach and Not 'Fireplace' (as seen on many maps.) It is outside of the Village of East Hampton but inside the Town of East Hampton - both have beach stickers - we have never bought a village stick only town of East Hampton. The Town ocean beaches & Village beach are the same sand. Parking at both for non-sticker holders on Monday through Friday (in 2009 was) ten dollars to park, neither had parking parking available to the weekend -
