Täsch (1450 meters altitude) is located 5 km outside Zermatt - a romantic Valaisan village with sunburnt houses
and barns. Täsch and Zermatt offer almost all types of summer and winter sports. Getting there:
Britain und France with the TGV directly towards the Matterhorn.----The TGV Lyria arrives in winter from 22 December 2012 to 13 April 2013 every Saterday from Lille to Brig the 'Train a Grande Vitesse' the northern French city of Lille leaves at 10:02 and is at 16:57 clock in Visp. The drive to Zermatt is at 17:10 clock. The Express carries around 360 passengers,seats booked now. It is possible, with out the surcharge skis or snow shelf directly take the train. In the ticket price and a meal is included. Even the British snow sports fans are very well served with this connection: you can in London Saint Pancras um 6:57 clock boarding, flight transfers in Lille, with direct connection to the above times.

Ski: Zermatt-Täsch is situated at an altitude of 1,450-3,899 meters. The three ski areas of Zermatt and Cervina (Italy) are worldwide unique. 73 lifts and cable railways provide access to 350 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty. A ski school with 200 instructors and child-minding for children of 3 months and older is available. There are no lines at the lifts. It is the largest summer ski region in the Alps on the Lesser Matterhorn (3,820 m). 15 km of cross-country ski trails direct to the house, sledge run and ice rink are in Täsch. New this year: With the Matterhorn Ski Safari skiers and snowboarders will be able to cover a difference in altitude of 10.000 to 12.500 meters without having to take the same cable car twice!
Golf: The golf course Zermatt, the Matterhorn Golf Club is located in the vallay at 1400m asl between the two villages and Täsch Randa close to our apartments. The golf course is laid out on two pieces of land on both sides of the river Vispa. The course is almost flat and easy to walk around. The area of marsh has been trans formed into a lake which offers a unique island green. Our quests receive a 15% discount on regular green fees.
