The Fairway Villas is a gated Hawaiian plantation-style resort, centrally located along the lush fairways of the Beach Course, adjacent to the Petroglyph trails and ancient Hawaiian fish ponds. Be aware that some of the other Condo's in the Waikoloa Beach area are located well away from the beach and other attractions. Fairway Villas is close to everything and
probably the best located in the area.
The property has an infinity edge pool, lava rock hot tub, fitness center, barbecue grills and a picnic area. Free WiFi and Cat-5 internet connections are in the unit. WiFi is also available near the pool. A brief stroll past King's Lake are the King's Shops and the new Queens Marketplace providing many fine and casual restaurants, boutiques, gift shops, art galleries, jewelry stores, entertainment, cultural activities and even Starbucks. A full service Island Gourmet Market and a General Store provide ample choices for marketing. A short walk to 'A-Bay' and the beach provides sunbathing, exercise, scuba diving, sailing, beach combing and whale watching. Dolphin interaction is available at the Hilton and Helicopter tours are nearby.
Golf: Guests at our condo receive discounts at Waikoloa Beach and Kings Course, just mention you are a Fairway Villas guest to receive the discount. Many other fine courses are available in the area. We will be glad to give you advice on places to experience interesting golf venues on the Big Island.
