Furnished with island furnishings, all stainless steel upscale appliances, a large Flat Panel LCD TV and entertainment center, granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, free WiFi and CAt-5 broadband internet access and many more amenities. Bedrooms have their own TV's. A dedicated carport is close by. Mountain views include Mauna Kea, Kohala and Mauna Lani. The Fairway Villas is a gated Hawaiian plantation-style resort, centrally located along the lush fairways of the Beach Course, adjacent to the Petroglyph trails and ancient Hawaiian fish ponds. The property has an infinity edge pool, lava rock hot tub, fitness center, barbecue grills and a picnic area. Free WiFi and Cat-5 internet connections are in the unit. WiFi is also available near the pool. A brief stroll past King's Lake are the King's Shops and the new Queens Market Place providing many fine and casual restaurants, boutiques, gift shops, art galleries, jewelry stores, entertainment, cultural activities and even Starbucks. A full service Island Gourmet Market and a General Store provide ample choices for marketing. A short walk to 'A-Bay' and the beach provides sunbathing, exercise, scuba diving, sailing, beach combing and whale watching. Dolphin interaction is available at the Hilton and Helicopter tours are nearby.

Detailed driving directions, gate and lock box code, parking pass and further information will be provided to you after you make a booking deposit. Please feel free to call or e-mail us for additional information about our unit and the benefits of Fairway Villas central location in Waikoloa Beach. Although a car is recommended to see all the beautiful sights on the Big Island, it won't be necessary to access almost all of the Waikoloa Beach Resort dining, shopping, sights and activities. The unit includes a private carport.

Broadband Internet Service: Broadband internet service and Wi-Fi in our condo are both available free for your use. If you use the Cat-5 connection, please remember to leave our cable when you check-out. The Fairway Villas complex also has a Wi-Fi hotspot on the patio around the exercise room and office for your use.

Personal Chef and Maid Service: Additional Maid services available on request for longer stays. Personal chef and catering can be arranged through Hawaii Gourmet Society. Guests at this unit get preferential rates and attention.

Luxury condo close to top beaches

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's a very spacious unit on the second floor with good furnishings and very comfortable bedding. The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality pots/pans and utensils, as well as spices. The owners provided excellent service with a manager available within 15-30 minutes when needed. The condo is located very close to shopping and a short drive/walk to the beach. The swimming pool at the complex is on the small side. We have enjoyed being close to the local beaches, particularly Hapuna and Mauna Kea - both within a 10 minute drive were much nicer than the A-Bay beach. We highly recommend this condo and would love to stay again!

The Perfect Hawaiian Getaway

Our stay at the Fairway Villas could not have been better. The condo was perfect – there was everything we needed. We truly felt at home as soon as we walked in. The location was ideal – overlooking a beautiful golf course, a short walk to one of the best beaches (if not the best) on the Big Island and to a variety of shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated that Costco was nearby (close to Kona Airport). That’s where we stocked up on most of our groceries. The owner was very courteous and professional and we really appreciated his recommendations. The only difficult thing was saying goodbye to such a beautiful tropical paradise.

Nice, clean condo

Our overall stay at this condo was nice. The place was quiet and clean. The nice thing was there were pots and pans, even a rice cooker that came very convienant for when we purchased groceries. The shopping area was nearby (King and Queens Corner). I would not recommend the Japense restaurant at Kings Corner, the portions were small for the price you pay. I would recommend this property to a friend.

Excellent Stay - Beautiful and Immaculate Place

Extremely well-appointed and maintained; many, many extra little touches. Condo was well stocked, had everything we could have imagined. Felt like we were in a model home. Owner provided exceptional service and communications! (lots of extra tips on things to do) Highly recommended; very close to numerous shops and restuarants (Sensai Sushi and Roy's were great). Pool/Spa and BBQs were superb. Felt completely at home the moment we arrived; hated to leave and come back to reality.

Best Hawaiian Stay Ever (and I used to live there)

I had a wonderful 10-day stay in May 2009 at this property while visiting family. The location could not have been better as you have everything available (grocery, beach, restaurants, etc.) within easy walking distance of the property. Although a car is not necessary if you plan to remain within the resort area, the island itself is diverse and worth exploring for which a car is necessary. This upscale unit has everything one might need or want and then some. It is tastefully decorated and has a wonderful view right on a golf course fairway. It's well maintained, very clean and modern. The owner was exceptionally helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone desiring a tropical vacation whether it be active, restful or both.
