This house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, on a lovely quiet street. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do (you need a car, and add fifteen minutes to most attractions' listed "driving time" from Kissimmee) but far enough from the main drag to be actually able to enjoy our stay. It was really nice to not have to worry about my loud morning-lark child, as I do having people above and below us in hotels, at 5 am.
For those leery of making these kinds of arangements (and spending money!) long distance: no worries! Working with Michelle was easy: she is professional and courteous. Emails are responded to promptly, and our cleaning deposit was returned quickly.
Do note: you will have to provide your own paper and cleaning goods (toilet tissue, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap). We went to the store before arriving at the house, and had to go back for these things.
Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat.
