This is a spacious 2810 square foot penthouse apartment newly renovated and professionally decorated on the beach. It is in a very exclusive gated building with 24 hour security. It has a private beach access from the pool area. The apartment is on two levels and every room has a terrace overlooking Acapulco Bay. Each bedroom has high ceilings with ceiling fans, air conditioning, king size bed, cable TV, a private terrace and a full bath which includes hair dryer. There are 3 different sofas and 3 sitting areas on the main floor of the apartment, so separate parties could still enjoy privacy from other guests. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 people maximum. Partial rentals would need to inquire as to the availability. The apartment is close to everything, and there's plenty of public transportation. It is ideally located one block off the main road, but directly on the beach/Bay.

  • Meal preparation and personal laundry is available for an additional charge of $35/day. We can have you picked up at the airport for an additional $75.
  • Half deposit down will confirm a reservation. Balance of reservation + security deposit ($500) is due 45 days prior to arrival. If in the US, we accept M/C, VISA, Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier Checks and personal checks if more than 45 days prior to occupancy. Wire to our bank if outside US.
    CANCELLATION: 15% cancellation fee is charged if canceled 120+ days prior to anticipated arrival (minimum $500). 30% cancellation fee is charged if between 45 to 119 days prior to anticipated arrival (minimum $1000). No refunds if less than 45 days before arrival date.
