Many of these are public courses so you can play a different course each day. If you love nature you will find that Spring Hill is conveniently located in the heart of Florida's nature coast. Many areas are nearby where you can observe a variety of wildlife. A paddle down the pristine spring fed Weeki Wachi river in a canoe or kayak will bring you close to many birds and small animals. You can also observe the Manatee, dolphins, and other sea life in their natural habitat. For an interesting experience, take an air boat tour through the coastal flats and mangrove forests. You will see many birds and aquatic life that is not accessible with normal boats.

We are located on Oak Hills Golf Course, an 18 hole 6935 yard par 72 championship course with a driving range, a pro shop, a well-maintained putting green and professional golf instruction. Vacation Rental Rates: SPECIAL: 10% discount for Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday stays of at least one week. SPECIAL: Get an additional 10% discount for April, May and June bookings made before December 31, 2009. Relax and enjoy Golf, Fishing, Boating and the Beaches. Our prices are reduced between April and December. Off season means less crowds and more relaxation. Bookings are 7 nights minimum with check-in on Saturday. Price includes taxes and cleaning charges. A security deposit is required and is refundable after departure. Electric pool heat is available for an extra charge. Discounts available for multiple week bookings. Housekeeping services are available upon request at additional cost.

We stayed at this place for 10 days March 13 to March 23 2009.The house is very nice,clean and well kept.The pool is a very nice pool.I would stay at this place again and will recomend it to other people.It says that there is internet but there isn`t.We tried to use our Laptops with wirless connection and it didn`t work.That is the only negetive thing that I can say about this place.
Owner's Response: Internet is currently only available via dial-up connection as specified in the listing. We are planning conversion from satelite television to cable which will allow us to offer high speed Internet and VOIP telephone service.

Our vacation in Spring Hill Florida

We just spent 10 glorious days in Spring Hill, Florida. We stayed at this property and will definately stay there again. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. It is located on a golf course and is extremely quiet, as is the neighborhood. The pool area is perfect. The pool is heated and located on a screened-in lanai, which allows sun exposure. The house is stocked with everything one needs for a relaxing vacation away from home, including terry cloth bathrobes that we were able to use during our stay, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.
