Relax and enjoy your vacation in our condo, which includes a living/dinning room brand new open kitchen with brand new appliances-microwave, stove, refrigerator, and other major appliances. Other amenities include air conditioning in living/dinning area as well as in all 3 bedrooms, a TV with cable. The climate is as close to perfect ads it can get, averaging 83°F (22.7°C) in the Winter and 85°F (29.4°C) in the Summer. In other words, it's always Summer! The trade winds cool the coastal towns and the temperature decreases as you go up into the higher mountains. Puerto Rico is in the Atlantic Time Zone, but does not observe Daylight Savings Time. The island uses standard U.S. electric current. European appliances require an adapter.

Further details about this apartment rental: There are several resorts nearby that offer beautiful golf courses, casinos and nightlife. You may also experience the many spa treatments available at each of their own unique spa facilities. Including the El Conquistador Resort, Paradisus Puerto Rico, Westin Río Mar, and Palmas Del Mar.

Fajardo is a major boating center there are 3 marinas within walking distance (Villa Marina, Puerto Chico and Sunbay Marina) in addition there are two more marinas within 5 miles, where a wide range of sailboat and catamaran charters are available. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving, sailing, golf, tennis, casinos, horseback riding, and tours to El Yunque, the only tropical rain forest protected by the U.S. National Forest Services. We are only minutes from beautiful Seven Seas and Luquillo beaches. We are also located near the El Conquistador Resort & Casino, Fajardo Inn, Paradisus Resort, and the Westin Rio Mar Hotel. Perfect Family Vacation Rental

My family (includes two young children and my elderly father) found this vacation rental to be super family friendly. The apartment was clean, well kept, and convenient to all the fun places near Fajardo. The owner met me at the car rental near the airport, my plane was delayed and she had to wait at least an hour and she was so sweet about it. Mercedes is very prompt in answering all texts and she checked in with me to make sure I found the apartment. It is the perfect place to get away from the city life, it's near the rain forest, about half an hour drive, 20 minutes to the Luquillo Beach, 8 mintues to the seven sea beach, and about 5 minutes to the Fajardo Ferry that will take your to Culebra and Vieques island. Kmart is about 10 minutes away, so you can get all your beach toys and food there.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this apartment to families, couples, group of friends, people with disabilities (it's right next to the parking lot, which makes people with stroller or wheelchair very accessible).

This apartment is superior in every way..from its' chic and tasteful design to the most friendly and nice place to stay! The really t is 'first rate'! And, the grounds and views are spectacular! I loved EVERYTHING and consider to be one of my favorite vacation destination! I cannot wait to return!

Great place to stay and reasonably priced.

Condo was very spacious and clean and had spectacular views. The two pools were great, especially the one with th slide, Awesome place to stay for the price.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
