This comfortable comtemporary condo is located in the premier upscale community of Playa Langosta in a secure, guarded, gated community. Walk across the street through a national park to a white sand beach or just a short 1 mile walk to Tamarindo, the very popular well renowned surf beach town. Enjoy boogie boarding, surfing and sunbathing just outside your door. Playa Langosta is away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo but close enough to walk if you want the city scene. This luxurious condo and complex has all the amenities of home with spectacular panoramic ocean views from every room. Perched on the 5th floor, in one of the highest elevated 2 bedroom condo's in the Tamarindo/Playa Langosta area. The complex is very well kept and usually very peaceful, the pool and patio area,which includes a large stainless steel barbeque, has plenty of shady as well as sunny areas for you to sit back and relax. Pool side showers and bathrooms available.

Playa Langosta lies approximately 1 mile south of Tamarindo. It's really just like a large cul-de-sac with a street in between. Beach access is 1/2 block down the street and 75 yds through a national park. Langosta beach main swimming and surfing area is a 6 to 8 minute walk down the beach. This is where the San Francisco estuary meets the pacific.

The Condo was outstanding. The views were incredible and the people at the complex were great. Thanks again for all of the information and help with the trip. The people at the property management place where super and everything from the arrival to the cleaning lady was flawless.

We have been coming to Costa Rica for the last five winters spending anywhere from 2 to 4 months. Your condo was a treat and had all the creature comforts. It was by far our most enjoyable stay in CR! You must be very happy with your purchase!

I spent a week at this Tamarindo condo and had a fabulous time. The condo is complete luxury living and just minutes from the town and beach. I enjoyed many evenings sitting out on the terrace watching the most amazing sunsets. There are also many top-notch restaurants within walking distance. If your in need of some rest, relaxation and/or some adventure, I would highly recommend this condo. Whether your vacationing with family or friends, you can't go wrong with these accommodations.
