This new remodeled 2 bedroom beach and waterfront rental sit on the beach with an amazing view of the water. With San Diego's almost perfect climate, all year long, imagine walking along the beach and watching the gorgeous sunrise with tiny shore birds fluttering along the waters edge. You can sit on the water's edge with your favorite book and let the world just pass you by. Or, for the adventurous you can cross the street and catch some waves along the shoreline of the mighty Pacific Ocean. There is bike riding, skating, walking or running out your front door. We are centrally located to the airport and the bus lines. You can park your car and never need it for your entire trip. If you want to explore the area, we are close to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Tijuana Mexico, La Jolla and 2 major military bases. San Diego is so full of fun and exciting opportunities to see and do that you will never have one dull moment.

We are a leading area for conventions and attract many corporations which hold their annual meetings at our downtown convention center.

    The balance is due 60 days in advance of reservation dates.

    Cancellation Policy:
    A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days: prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date; forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.

Peaceful and Perfect - The Bayside: The bay is perfect for a quieter experience. Couples wanting to have quiet time or family with less active adults or small children will find the bay is just right for renting. The beach itself is quieter and the water is calmer along with less foot and wheeled traffic. Children can play and walk back and forth from their units with little concern for safety from crowds. The nights and mornings are filled with the sound of shorebirds and the quieter lapping of water along the shoreline. There are miles of sand and sidewalks for walking, running, skating or biking which lend itself to the beach experience. Although, sometimes families gather on the sand for a fun game of volleyball or catch which adds to the excitement of the summertime experience. We welcome renters who want to experience a first rate vacation experience.

Water experience: Deep sea fishing, sailing, parasailing, scuba diving, surfing and you name it. If its in the water Mission Beach and San Diego have it. This is a water lover's paradise. With a great climate all year long, you can experience the water as never before.
