This is my 'home away from home.' This one bedroom/one bath unit is conveniently located behind the Safeway grocery store in Fraser, six miles from the base of Winter Park Resort, two miles from downtown Winter Park. The free local shuttle - The Lift - stops every 30 minutes outside and drops you off in town and at the base of the ski hill. The stocked kitchen comes with spices, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. Amenities include cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo with CD player, telephone and FREE Wireless Access. A coin-operated washer/dryer is in the commons area. There is a tennis court and bar-b-que pit area for summer use. After a long day of skiing, hiking or biking, get ready to soak in the year-round heated pool or hot tub in the complex. Rent some snow shoes and treat yourself to some healthy cardio activity hiking some of Winter Parks beautiful trails. For a good laugh, go to the Fraser Tube Hill and bomb down the slope on tractor trailer inner tubes.

It's no wonder it's called The Mountain Bike Capital of the World. Treat yourself to some healthy cardio activity hiking some of the area's beautiful trails. For water lovers, there is white water rafting and kayaking nearby. Dust off your clubs and experience golfing in the mountains.

Surrounding Towns: A number of great towns are a short drive away. Hot Sulphur Springs offers a relaxing soak in its many natural springs. Grandby and Grand Lake offers an array of shops and restaurants.

Rocky Mountain National Park: A scenic 45-minute drive will bring you to the entrance of the beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park. The park offers miles of stunning hiking trails, lakes, interpretive talks and animal watching. It's definitely worth the drive to take in this wonderful place.
