Be among the first to rent our fine luxury condo completed just in time for the 2008/2009 ski season, and at THE hot location in Breckenridge. Crystal Peak Lodge represents Breck’s most exquisite Ski-In/Ski-Out residences and it's ON the ski slopes of Peak 7. This spectacular forested setting is now the gateway to the tranquility of Peak 7, the hubbub of Peak 8, and the perfect mountain town below. Specifically, Crystal Peak Lodge is nestled between the Independence SuperChair lift on one side (about 40 yards out the back door) and the BreckConnect gondola on the other side (less than 30 yards). Take the Independence SuperChair to access all of Peak 7 or jump on the gondola for a VERY short ride to Peak 8, with it’s Bergenhoff Restaurant, the ski schools and the Rocky Mountain and Colorado SuperChair lifts. In the other direction, the gondola whisks you to historic Main Street in Breckenridge. From Crystal Peak Lodge you’re also on pristine cross country ski and snowshoe trails.

The particular unit is an elegant residence with a similar rugged, yet refined personality. It features heavy alder doors and trim work; multiple granite slab countertops and stainless steel appliances; stone flooring in the entry, kitchen and baths; rustic cherry cabinetry; distressed wood and bent wrought iron furnishings and chandelier; and a gas fireplace. The unobstructed views from the spacious balcony overlook the town of Breckenridge, the Blue River valley and Mount Baldy. Other conveniences include a washer-dryer set; a five-piece master bathroom suite; and over 1250 square feet of spacious living area. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is perfect for entertaining with its open design. Housekeeping services are available upon request.

Although the location of this condo makes it easy to just leave your vehicle parked for days (if you even bring one), the free and private underground parking also makes it easy to use your vehicle. For added convenience, the lodge has a free and private shuttle service for drop-offs and pick-ups around town. Also, the BreckConnect gondola terminal in town is next door to the Transportation Center, where you can catch the Summit Stage, a free county wide bus system. We love pets, but please, NOT in this condo. The entire complex is non-smoking. This new property is available starting Nov 15, 2008. Very comfortable condo in a great location! The condo is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The lodge has many additional amenities, but most importantly the location to a super chair lift and the gondola makes it a superb location. Many Thanks to David and Diana for their hospitality. We will definately spread the word and most likely come back again.

This is a wonderful condo in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here over spring break. The owners were very helpful and professional. They gave us their own "Best of Breck" list. It was great - Good Times dog sled rides and Daylight Donuts for breakfast, can't be beat! We look forward to renting here again.

We had a wonderful spring break in this condo. The space was generous and luxurious. The sofa bed was amazingly comfortable and firm and the Studebakers even provide a featherbed to top it off! The bathrooms are huge!The resort provides free sleds for evening fun, a firepit for smores and a hot tub the size of a small pool! Our kids had a blast! Thanks for providing a setting that made our family's vacation so special.

Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to spend time in your beautiful condo at Crystal Peak Lodge. We had no idea that the location was going to be so awesome. It was great to just walk out the door of the Lodge and hop on the gondola or ski lift. Your condo is so beautiful and decorated wonderfully. All of the furniture is so comfortable...it actually makes you feel like you are at home! We will definitely be calling on you again. I would recommend your property to anyone and guarantee them that they will not be disappointed. I appreciate y'all being so wonderful to work with. Thanks again for sharing your dream vacation home with us!
