The particular unit is an elegant residence with a similar rugged, yet refined personality. The unobstructed views from the spacious balcony overlook the town of Breckenridge, the Blue River valley and Mount Baldy. Other conveniences include a washer-dryer set; a five-piece master bathroom suite; and over 1250 square feet of spacious living area. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is perfect for entertaining with its open design. Housekeeping services are available upon request.
Although the location of this condo makes it easy to just leave your vehicle parked for days (if you even bring one), the free and private underground parking also makes it easy to use your vehicle. For added convenience, the lodge has a free and private shuttle service for drop-offs and pick-ups around town. Also, the BreckConnect gondola terminal in town is next door to the Transportation Center, where you can catch the Summit Stage, a free county wide bus system. We love pets, but please, NOT in this condo. The entire complex is non-smoking. This new property is available starting Nov 15, 2008.
