Lakefront Home- PET Friendly

Great view of Smith Mountain, great fishing off dock, quiet friendly neighborhood, private backyard, loved dome & circular couch with 2 recliners, great neighborhood for walks & views of the mountain. Downstairs deck & dock with cover have great views but the upstairs deck is the best.

I have spent the last 4 yearly vacations at Smith Mountain Lake, but this year was the best, thanks to the owners of the Dome Home. I didn't want to spend another vacation in a motel. Finding the Dome Home was great. The house was perfect for us, 4 adults, one teenager and a spoiled little dog. The house was far enough from everything to relax but close enough to make shopping and sightseeing easy trips. We spent every evening sitting on the dock, listening to the water lap against the shore watching the stars. The days were filled with water sports, shopping, sightseeing and eating. The house was well equiped with everything we needed. The kitchen was great to work in, compact and well stocked. The house was clean and well maintained. The views from the decks were wonderful. Your choice of restaurants were all close and all provided good food and service. The state park was near and easily accessible by car or boat. The home owner was pleasant and helpful with directions and information on attractions. The neighbors were friendly and offered assistance if needed. We have told all our friends about our SML vacation and looking forward to next year.
