It's a perfect time to experience the charm of old Cape Cod after the busy summer season ends. This is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath cottage. First floor has dining room, kitchen, living room, and porch. Sleeps 6 and includes flatscreen TV with DVD, front load washer/dryer, Ipod player, hot water outside shower, newly installed central air conditioning and heat, walkout basement with ping pong table. 5 minute walk to the Brewster Bookstore, Cumberland Farms, Brewster Pizza House, JT's and ice cream. Easy access to the bike path, banks, miniature golf, championship golf course, restaurants and more. Perfect to walk on the beach and play on the Brewster flats with children. Gorgeous sunsets just steps away.

Wonderful location for families or a quiet getaway for anyone. 1/2 hour to Hyannis, 15 minutes to Chatham, bus service available.

Perfect weekly rental house and great location

This house is perfect for families with teenagers. Great house and great location. The house is walking distance to a lovely bay side beach and to Brewster Center with a pizza shop, a donut shop. JT's restaurant, a lovely independent book store and the bike trail. The beach is perfect for walkers, at low tide you can walk along the coast for miles. On our week, low tide was in the early evening, so we had great sunset walks on the sand bars.

The house was immaculate upon arrival and it was perfect for me, just comfortable with very little to worry about breaking. The inside and outside space were very nice and well kept. It was perfect place to just relax and not worry about the kids. Everyone could come and go as they pleased, which was perfect. The house is part of Pineland Associations, as group of 50 homes that started in the 1920’s with mail order homes from Sears. People were simply friendly. I would recommend the house, the neighborhood, the beach and the location.
