COSY LOVE NEST 970SF - SAFE SECURE BEAUTIFUL CENTRAL LOCATION

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment. Several large windows enable a lot of natural light. The kitchen is large by Paris standards; it is equipped with plenty of utensils, pots and pans, dishes and serving items, along with a good cooktop and large refrigerator. The bedroom is also large and the bed is quite comfortable. The 70 steps up to the apartment were not difficult and not at all a deterrent to leaving and returning to the apartment several times a day.

The apartment is in an ideal location -- central and upscale. There are 2 metro lines (north/south and east/west) within a very short walk. Also in the area are 2 markets for fresh foods as well as a couple of supermarkets. The renter was very pleasant and available to address any questions about appliances and such. This apartment is a good value for all that it offers. It is highly recommended and I will definitely return.

This flat is in a great location in the St. Germain des pres district, walking distance to the museums, the islands, and lots of galleries, cafes, outdoor markets and Metro stops. Though it is on the third floor and there is no elevator, the flat was clean and spacious. The kitchen is small but functional, though we didn't cook beyond breakfast. Great place for a couple to rent, though presumably the couch converts into another bed. Photos on website accurately portray property.

The landlord/landlady are very easy to work with and pleasant. They speak English. We had zero problems and would recommend it to a friend and would also rent this flat again.

We stayed for 3 weeks in June 2010. It was a pleasurable experience. The apartment was everything the photos depicted, well equipped, and (for Paris) large and comfortable. The location is all you could ask for, right in the heart of the Left Bank. What we found an advantage was that it faced an inner courtyard and thus avoided the noise of the busy streets. The arrangements before and after went smoothly. All in all a great opportunity to stay in Paris.
