Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Our 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is located in Ponce Inlet which is between Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach. The condo is fully stocked with almost everything you will need for a comfortable and stress-free stay. By law, Ponce Inlet requires guests to stay a minimum of one month. There are no hotels in Ponce Inlet. Ponce Inlet is a quaint, quiet and beautiful town full of pristine no-drive beaches, waterfront restaurants, marinas and sidewalks for biking, walking and skating. Ponce Inlet is a great choice for a quiet and relaxing retreat after visiting the attractions of Orlando and Daytona Beach.

The condo is around 10 years old and is in excellent condition in a well-maintained and gated community known as 'The Towers at Ponce Inlet.' The condo was renovated in July 2010 with new carpet, dishwasher, washing machine, drywall, cabinetry, tile, paint, balcony, etc. There are 6 Towers and our unit is in Tower #6 which is next to the tennis courts and a public park. We benefit from being next to the public park because the County provides a lifeguard on the beach. We are located across the street from Harbour Village which offers a marina, golf, tennis and a restaurant. Racing's North Turn restaurant is next door also offers casual beachfront dining with live entertainment.

DUE TO A CANCELLATION AS A RESULT OF AN EMERGENCY, WE ARE OFFERING SPECIAL RATES FOR JANUARY/FEBRUARY/APRIL WINTER/SPRING 2013.
