Large and airy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo situated in the gated community of the Peace River Preserve at Charlotte Harbor, just minutes away from the historic town of Punta Gorda which has many restaurants, bars and shops. Stunning views over the new marina and the Peace River. New boat dock. The Peace River Preserve has pristine grounds, heated swimming pool and spa and use of a fitness center. Close by are many golf courses, there is fishing and boating. Port Charlotte has a little stretch of beach but longer beaches can be found at Venice, Englewood, Boca Grande, Fort Myers and many more about 30 minutes away. Fishing and boating tours can be organized from the marina at the Peace River Preserve. Enjoy stunning views and sunrises from your lanai. Charlotte Harbor is situated about 3 hours south of Orlando, 1.5 hours from Busch Gardens and about 35 minutes from Fort Myers Airport.
