- Located on the famous Kaanapali North Beach, this unit is on the 8th floor inside the courtyard facing the ocean. From the lanai you can view the beautiful sunsets or the luscious waterfall landscaping below. - This one bedroom, one bath unit has 717 Sq ft. of interior space and a large lanai. There are all new appliances in the full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a new king Serta bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit is fully furnished and decorated with a Hawaiian style theme. - On property there are two pools, two Jacuzzis, a fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, BBQ, game room, massage, convenience store, restaurant, shops, and beauty salon. - The grounds are gorgeous with free Hawaiian entertainment every Wednesday evenings. When you enter onto this property, you will feel the true 'Aloha Spirit', with it's beautiful waterfalls, koi ponds, a beautiful gazebo and one of the pools right next to the gorgeous sand beach.

Personal Note: We live on Maui year round and rent our condo directly to you without using a management company to do the business for us. We hope you will feel at home in our 2nd home. Even though this is a condominium complex, it feels like a resort setting except we do not have daily maid service. We stock our unit with the necessary paper products, clean linens and towels, and everything you expect when you rent a furnished apartment.
