Highly recommended Condo

This condo is as good as it looks and sounds. We had a fabulous stay in New York. The condo is so close to Times Square, and it is easy to walk to many of the main sights and shops. It is also close to a metro line for travelling further away. The condo is comfortable, clean and well equipped for a great stay, (all bedding, towels, kitchen equipment, pc with interned access, tv,) Jerry and Sharon are very welcoming, and the security deposit is returned very promptly.

There are plenty of good restaunrants and theatres nearby.

This is great value compared to other properties and hotels. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in new york. We would go back in a flash.

Unbelievable! That is the only way to describe it. Perfect location, perfect accomodations, and perfect host! My Girlfriend and I visit NYC yearly and this will most definetly be our rental of choice. Give it a try! You will not be disappointed. Sharon and Jerry were wonderful.

What a Great Stay and Location!

If you want to stay in a perfect location to the theatre, restaurants and walk to the event, stay here! This studio has it all and even more! We had a wonderful stay, were treated like royalty, and even had cookies that were freshly baked waiting for us when we arrived. It was clean with lush towels, bottled water, wine, cookies and TLC. We truly will be back every time we stay in NYC.

Perfect Apartment

Just returned from a great week in New York. I would highly recommend this apartment - it was in a great spot, had absolutely everything we could need, could walk to most attractions (and subway convenient as well), and home made cookies and wine!

We stayed in a hotel for the last night, which cost more per night and was a poor comparison to the apartment, which we did not want to leave!
