Rental Details: $250 security deposit required when making reservation. Non refundable if reservation canceled within 30 days of arrival date. Will be refunded within 1 week of departure upon clean inspection. Full payment due 1 month prior to date of arrival. Rates include bed linens, towels & departure cleaning for weekly rentals. Nightly rentals add $90 departure cleaning fee. Excessive cleaning and/or damage may result is forfeiture of your $250 security deposit. Villa Check-in is 3PM & Check-out is 11AM. Please, no one under 25 years of age as the prime renter. Our villa is a non-smoking, no pet unit. We take pride in the quality of our Villa & want all to enjoy. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of security deposit. Payment through PayPal or by Certified bank check. This will allow you a safe & secure payment method using either your PayPal account, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express or by bank check..

A Villa for All Ages

We were so fortunate to find this rental villa. Jim and Michelle were so easy to work with. It exceeded our expectations from the size, to the cleanliness, to the decor, to all the little extras (household items, kitchen accessories, baby toys, games, videos) that were provided. We were all so comfortable and felt right at home. It was particularly family friendly especially with an 18 month old. We hardly felt like we were at the beach. The community was beautiful, quiet, well maintained and very safe. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the pools, recreation areas, and of course the beach. It was nice to be able to take advantage of all the things that the community had to offer without having to pay extra fees. Thank you, Jim and Michelle for sharing your little gem with our family. We hope to return some day.

Wow! Feels like home.

Dear Jim and Michelle,
Thank you so much for making our stay at the beach one of the most memorable experiences we have ever had. You made us feel welcome from the start, and we appreciate your kindness and helpfulness with everything from reservations to easy "check-in" and "check-out". Your villa exceeded our expectations, so beautifully decorated, spacious, immaculate and over the top with accommodations. Toys, books, movies, cooler with ice packs, restaurant menus and cookbooks were nice extras. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. It was comfortable, peaceful and offered a very relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed walking along the scenic path filled with beautifully landscaped flowers and trees as we passed by the pond to the beach. Pools, hot tubs, waterpark, and live musical entertainment were found conveniently just before the beach at no added cost, and food and beverages were available for purchase. Many events were posted with dates and times, including children's activities. Our experience was so incredibly delightful we are excited about our next trip, as we plan to return as soon as our schedules will allow. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

A perfect vacation villa!

The Villa was lovely! It was spotless and was much larger than it appeared in the photos. With every imaginable convenience from a kitchen with everything (including cookbooks), to toys and a crib, our family felt right at home. All that aside, the best part of our stay was the wonderful experience of dealing with Jim and Michelle. Thank you both for taking care of everything and sharing your villa! We hated to leave!
