Much time & energy has been put into this cute cape. Just 150 yds from small private beach on Great Pond-a salt water inlet. Bring your kayak, have your coffee in am, great for kids, relaxing or quick dip. There is also a great walk to Bristol Beach along water. Brand new bathroom's upstairs & down, one with beach glass, both tile floors & bead board. The rest of house has hardwood floors thru out, new counter tops in eat-in kitchen, lovely wicker furniture on Comfortable breezy sun porch, great for reading or napping in quiet neighborhood. Brand new patio put in 2 yrs ago, with both gas & charcoal grills. A/C in every bedroom .. There is also a large enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. So come enjoy your time on the Cape in this large cozy home-very Cape Cod.

Falmouth, is a quaint New England town. It has seven different beaches, many shops & summer activities. We are also located very close 5 miles to world known Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. There are many lovely boating harbors, miles of bike trails & the home of The Falmouth Road Race.

House is very nice in quiet neighborhood. Well equiped with every gadget you would need, even bicyles, choice of charcoal or gas grill, lobster pot, etc. A full basement was useful to store our own bikes. Everything was very clean, matresses looked new. Typical cape decor throughout, nice wood floors, etc. Patio is nice and private with very comfy seating, sunroom was very popular. Very clean finance transaction and deposit returned immediately. Falmouth Fish Market is less than a mile away. A few hundred yards from the pond and maybe a mile from the beach. Definitely would go back.
