Our lovely Chatham home features cathedral ceilings in the living/kitchen/dining area, with nautical accents throughout. It has two master bedrooms. This Five year young home abuts conservation land. It has a finished walkout basement with professional pool table, game room, seating area with flat screen TV and a full size bathroom (great space for a rainy afternoon). For the sports enthusiast there is a basketball hoop in the driveway, bocce, golf clubs, bicycles and a baseball net .

Our home is located just a half mile from downtown Chatham and a half mile to Oyster Pond Beach (perfect for small children). Also located near two 5 Star resorts, one mile from Chatham Bars Inn Resort, which offers pool side bar and dining to the public and a public 9 hole golf course. The other resort is the Wequasett Inn, which is three miles away and is also open to the public. It is less than two miles to any other public beach in Chatham. Less than 3 tenths of a mile from three popular Restaurants in town. Less than a half a mile to the Bike trail. Chatham is very festive at Christmas time and also has an event called First Night on New Years Eve. All the shops downtown are open and lit up, BUT best of all, you can see the fire works display from the back of the deck perfectly. GREAT TIME !!!

Wonderful Vacation Home

The moment you pull into the driveway you know this is something special. The outside of this beautiful home is so welcoming. What you see-the gardens, the beautiful hydrangeas, the privacy-only begin to describe the serenity of this property.
When you enter the home and explore, you feel that the owners have been so generous to share their home with you and your family.
Absolutely nothing, no single detail was left out to make certain your vacation and your stay wuold be more than you ever expected. The owners, Lois and Carmine, went above and beyond to make sure you felt it was your home while you were there.
Linens and towels were plentiful, kitchen utensils,notes,guides, beach and leisure equipment were well supplied-every amenity and more were at your fingertips.
We loved it and hope to return over and over again. A five star hotel could not accommadate a family any better !!
Owner's Response: We are happy that the peaceful surroundings of our home are reflected both inside and outside and add a special degree of enjoyment to our guests vacation.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We stayed at the Chatham Breeze for 2 weeks in August with extended family and have already booked for 2010. The house is lovely and large with beautiful furnishings. The beds were made with nice linens and towels were also provided, which is very unusual in rentals. We have rented homes in Chatham for many years and this is by far, the best. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, silverware and pots and pans. The owners were very accommodating and called the day after we arrived to be sure that everything was in working order. The finished basement included a beautiful new bath, a pool table, and Wii system and toys and games for the children. It is a perfect house for families to share. The room over the garage was large and comfortable with its own bath. The house is on a quiet street not far from the Main Street in Chatham with lots of stores and restaurants.

A Wonderful Vacation

"Chatham Breeze" is a beautiful vacation home. The owners thought of every detail to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The home has an excellent layout; great for families enough room and activities for everyone-kids loved the game room in the gorgeous finished basement. Location is perfect; close to center of town and several beaches. Conservation land in backyard and back deck provided peaceful and wonderful views. We enjoyed many meals relaxing on the deck.

Owners provided detailed binder with full inventory of kitchen, directions and pictures of local beaches, local attractions and restaurant menus-we found this extremely helpful during our stay. They were attentive and gave us detailed contact information. House is immaculate, looks absolutely brand new! Beautiful artwork, gorgeous linens and towels, impeccable design and furniture choices. Beds were as comfortable as those found in luxury hotels.

I would highly recommend this vacation home. We had an amazing vacation here and would love to return.

This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out! Lois and Carmine are welcoming hosts even before we arrived. We appreciated the immpeccable standards of cleanliness, fine linens, well stocked very comfortable spacious home.!!! The decor of the house was so nice and artwork was lovely!
The lower level is a teenagers heaven.
We enjoyed every minute and plan to return again!
Owner's Response: We tried to think of everything for a fabulous vacation retreat while still enjoying all the wonderful comforts a home has to offer.
