    In order to reserve your stay at Pedro's Place, we require a deposit as follows:
    $100 Deposit for for 2 - 4 nights
    $200 Weekly Deposit for 4 - 14 nights
    $500 Deposit for 15 days and over.

    In order to keep our rates as affordable as possible we request that the balance is due on arrival in cash or please contact us for other options.

    Cancellation policy: 75% of deposit refunded if your reserved time block can be re-booked. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures unless prior arrangement has been made.
