The home is situated in a quiet mainly residential area with few immediate neighbors and little passing traffic. It's on a south-facing landscaped lot, with the rear garden, complete with fishing dock, backing onto a local waterway that has pleasurable views and local bird life.
There are six golf courses within two miles, and many more within a 20-minute drive. Nearby there are many beautiful sandy beaches (with not many people), and a wide variety of water sports available within a 15-minute drive of the villa. For those who wish to perfect their shopping skills, there are several shopping malls and many large stores within easy reach. There are many good local restaurants, and many others in the nearby towns.
Most importantly, to ensure that your holiday runs smoothly, we have a very friendly and reliable property management company looking after the villa, and offering a very personal service.
