Jemm Boutique Suite is nestled in an upscale executive neighborhood. This luxury suite is a three bedroom ground floor accommodation with its own keyless entrance for your total privacy. Whether you are on a business trip, relocating, building your own home, or on a vacation, this 1900 square foot suite has everything you will need for your comfort while away from home. The suite has three bedrooms, two washrooms, a 'great room' layout of living room, kitchen and dining room.The kitchen has all the amenities for the gourmet cook including a modern black fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. We've even put in an espresso maker.

We are also a short drive from the rapid transit system known as skytrain which connects travelers to downtown Vancouver and surrounding areas. By 2010 the skytrain will be connected to the Vancouver Airport.

We have to say that... this is sure better than staying in a hotel (in the traditional sense of the word) Nice house! Nice neighborhood!

We spent six weeks with our kids in this beautiful and luxurious accommodation. It is spacious, very well equipped, well maintained and gives you an at-home-feeling right away. The owners were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend this place and enjoyed our stay very much.

Better than a 5 star hotel

I love 5 star luxury hotels so I was not sure how this would turn out. It is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and recreation centers. The owners were very kind, accomodating and available if we needed them. Everything was arranged quickly and in a professional manner. The pictures on the website do not do it justice, the suite is very large and the furniture is like new. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful backyard for the kids to play in and we barbequed some nights. The linen, towels, dishes and electronic appliances were all of very high quality. We felt like it was home, the kids loved it and we have already booked for next year and will be recommending it to all our friends.
I honestly can not say enough good things about it.

Truly wonderful accommodation

I can honestly recommend this property - it really did make our stay in the Vancouver area exceptional. Our iniquial enquiries were answered promptly by the owners,and all questions were responded to in a helpful and informative manner. The accommodation itself is spacious, clean and extremely comfortable and well maintained, much more comfortable and convenient than a hotel. It did in fact exceed our expectations and is situated in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood, about 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Adequate off road parking is provided at the front of the property. The owners were very helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to help us with our questions about what to see and do in the area, and spent a couple of hours assisting my husband with a computor problem he was experiencing! I would certainly reccommend this accommodation to friends and family, and would not hesitate to come again when we visit the area next.

The owners of this property, as well as the property itself, were wonderful in every way. The owners responded immediately to my initial email inquiry and arrangements were made for our stay very quickly, including currency translation, since we live in the States. The property description in the website was accurate, and the suite was clean as well as beautifully and thoroughly furnished with new appliances, electronics, furniture and accessories. Of particular interest is that the locked door into the suite was a programmable code which was set to our choice. This was very helpful so we did not have to carry a key or be concerned with loosing it. There was driveway parking for cars and an outside, well lit sidewalk and set of steps lead from the driveway to the suites entrance at the back of the house. The owners were warm and welcoming, friendly, helpful and not at all intrusive. They were available to answer questions about the area when needed. We would stay there again if we go back. Its location in an upscale neighborhood was easy to find and close to major roads. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. 5 stars for this property are not enough!
