Manuel Antonio is one of the most sought after vacation destinations in all of Costa Rica. The town has an abundance of activities, tours, restaurants, nightlife and everything a vacationer could want within a four mile span. The beaches are well maintained and have spectacular views over the Pacific ocean. Activities include sport fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, canopy tours, national park tours, mangrove tours, white-water rafting, kayaking, surfing, tram tours, shopping, gambling, just to name a few. Our villa is located 1 mile outside of the town of Quepos which is known for it's shopping and sport fishing. The villa is spacious and airy with a very tropical atmosphere. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything our guests need. The living room opens into a private outside dining area. And our pool and whirlpool are just a few feet away. The complex is gated and well maintained.

  • 15% deposit is required to reserve the villa and is accepted through PayPal only.
  • The remainder of balance is required upon arrival in U.S. currency only . Credit cards are not accepted for remainder of balance. Balance must be paid in full, in cash upon arrival when keys are given. Rates are non-negotiable.
  • The rate for long term is $1000.00 per month, August 1rst - December 19th only. Refunds for deposits are applicable only one month prior to actual rental date.

We really enjoyed this property. The Villa was well set up with most of the items we needed to self cater.The staff and owners made us feel very welcome and took the time to help us, show us the wildlife and answer all questions. The villa was clean and very comfortable. Far enough from the road to be quiet and safe but close enough to the beach and the small town for all shopping. We had a car which was handy but the local bus runs every 1/2 hour. The pool is small and well maintained and it is the social area of the villas where owners and renters mix and relax. Lots of tours available and a large variety of good restaurants within walking distance. We were entertained by 3 different types of monkeys, a sloth and a parrot as well as many different birds. This was one of the most relaxing, friendly and comfortable places we have ever rented. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed 4 nights at this nice villa house. We chose it because of the location and the good price. We were 5 minutes drive from the beach and the Manuel Antonio National Park, and just 3 minutes from the small town Quepos where we did all our grocery shopping. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The rooms and the bathroom were clean. The house does not have Internet but you can go the small library, located at the end of the block, where they have free wireless access to the internet if you bring your own notebook.

The villa provided us with a pleasant and quite place for having a good relax. One evening, the monkeys came down the trees and we all enjoyed feeding them. In summary, we had a wonderful vacation.
