This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath two-story duplex home sits in the posh Beverly Grove neighborhood.
The house features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a Sub-Zero fridge and Thermador oven/range). There's also original 1936 crown molding, a handsome fireplace and original hardwood floors.
The living room and master bedroom include televisions with over 500 satellite TV channels as well as DVD players. There's also a shared backyard charcoal BBQ and a washer and dryer (laundry soap included).
There are three bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom (with attached bathroom) and two other bedrooms, sharing a bathroom between the two of them. PLEASE see the photos below to get a better sense of the (large) size and layout of the bedrooms.
I am entertainment-industry (touring companies, Hollywood cast and crew, etc.) friendly. The house is in a fantastic and trendy neighborhood, centrally located to easily get to all major studios and theaters. With literally dozens of great restaurants, shops and movie theaters within walking distance, it's a perfect home away from home.
The house is on a permit-only parking street and comes with TWO permits for two vehicles... bottom line, it's always easy to park right in front of the property.
Arriving on a late flight? Have to clear customs and immigration and not sure when you'll be at the house? No problem at all, I can easily accommodate your arrival, as late as necessary.
My place is terrific and you'll love it, but don't take my word for it: PLEASE take a look at my 115+ incredible reviews from past guests. They say it best.

After living all over the United States, I came to Los Angeles about 20 years ago and now consider it home. I love L.A. and genuinely enjoy having folks come and enjoy themselves in my city.
Eric Mueller purchased this house in 2000
I lived in this house for eight years before deciding to make it a vacation rental. Once I made that decision, I took several months to renovate it and make it fantastic. (When it was all done, I even had a moment of 'dang, this place is REALLY nice now, I wish I was still living here!'). Not only is the house terrific, but the neighborhood is AMAZING-- there's so much within walking distance (a rarity in car-centric Los Angeles) and it's just charming and nice.
There are literally dozens and dozens of fantastic shops, restaurants, theaters and boutiques within a 15-minute walk. Two of the most successful Southern California retail centers, The Beverly Center and The Grove, are also within walking distance. Four of the best restaurants in the entire city are also within walking distance. It's just ridiculous how much there is to do in the neighborhood, and how centrally located you are for traveling downtown, the Valley, Hollywood, the beaches, and Disneyland... I'm right in the middle of it all. (Please take a moment to scan my reviews; you'll see many guests commenting on all the great stuff in the neighborhood.)

Dear Eric, we arrived as planned, and walked to the Farmer's Market and the Grove first thing. Next morning we discovered the morning sunshine on the upstairs balcony, filtered through the branches of your ancient olive tree. Delightful!! The whole place is delightful-- a memory of the golden age of Hollywood! The furniture, decoration and all of it in a delightful place to stay. Thank you!
A group of friends and I recently visited LA to celebrate the upcoming marriage of a dear friend of ours. We wanted to stay somewhere close to shops and restaurants and that was easy to get to attractions around the area. We found Eric's property and it turned out to be the perfect place! From the start, Eric was amazing to work with. As the organizer of the weekend, I really appreciated his quick responses and easy going nature. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, even providing extra info that we might need (which was very helpful not being from the area). His house is roomy and comfortably accommodated our group. We loved that we could all be together. Throughout the weekend, Eric was responsive with questions that came up, which we really appreciated. He really made this part of the weekend no stress. I would highly recommend both the property and working with Eric!
I'm happy to choose it for my stay in Los angeles.it's safe and convenient for eat and buy something. Also Eric is a very nice person and help me lot on my questions. I recommend it to my friends already.
It was our first time to LA and WOW how lucky were we!!!!! I found this holiday rental online and as other people have said, how refreshing to have a host that answered all questions in very quick time. We are a family of four with small children, so travelling can be testing sometimes, but not with help from Eric :) his house is perfectly located, with a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops etc. we didn't have a car, but there is an excellent regular bus service. Now the house, what a beautiful place, spotlessly clean and everything you could need, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and excellent fast internet. With three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and all the amenities to go with, what more could you ask for!!!!! We would have no hesitation in recommending Eric's house and will definitely be contacting him again when we return to LA.
Wow I hit the jackpot. This was the first time that I had ventured away from Hotels and rented a holiday house and boy am I glad I did. I was traveling to the US for the first time with my two teenage boys, they wanted to live like the locals and experience the US there way. We found Eric's holiday house on line and right from the start Eric was responsive and informative.
When we arrived at the house we absolutely fell in love with it, My boys where super impressed and love there bedrooms and the space. We even got to light the fire a couple of nights then in the morning I would put the central heating on to warm the house up. I loved the gas oven and the washing machine and dryer everything was just a delight, the information folder on the desk was also very helpful.
Oh and the boys and I where also happy to have wifi..such a life saver....
The location is fantastic every thing was so close, all though we had a car we walked to a lot of places. Its close to the shops, and there are restaurants galore, and the Farmers markets . I will be differently staying here again, with out a doubt.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Eric he was so helpful and even took the time out to email us a to do list. We had an amazing and enjoyable stay here and I would have no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone that's looking for something a little special.
Our family of four has stayed in many rentals, and this is one of the best by far! Super clean, artfully decorated, and well located to nearby shops and restaurants. Beautiful, safe, walk-able neighborhood. Eric is a thoughtful host with excellent communication. Our only regret is that our stay was too short!
Four of my close friends and I stayed at Eric's rental house for a girls weekend. We didn't want to leave! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Two and a half bathrooms for five girls is a bonus. We could walk to great restaurants and shops on 3rd, easily drive to Hollywood and Beverly Hills, and just relax at the house. Eric was a great host, giving great directions to avoid the crazy traffic and advice about attending a TV show taping. I would stay here again myself and I have already recommended it to friends. Thank you!
