Beautiful and meticulous condo overlooking Four Peaks Mountain and hundreds of others. You may see coyotes, javalina, quail and much more. No stairs, very close to heated pool, spa and workout room with new treadmills, elliptical machine, free weights and universal machine. New carpeting and Hunter Douglas blinds. Kitchen has dishes, glasses, wine & margarita glasses, flatware, pots & pans, and more. Very comfortable mattresses and bedding. Rainforest shower head in master bath. Sunny location and bright inside. Two glass sliding doors overlooking the mountains. Watch the sunrise behind Four Peaks Mountain every morning. Two miles from the famous fountain. Close to several restaurants and shopping. Twenty minutes from the heart of Scottsdale. Eagle Mountain, Sun Ridge Canyon, Desert Ridge, Wikopa golf courses. References upon request.
